Research interests: By engaging in plant pathology research, specifically aiding with cranberry fruit rot research, I aim to gain a better understanding of plant pathology through personal interaction with the field while simultaneously developing my ability to carry out rigorous research. I aim to use this understanding, as well as my developing genetics knowledge, to aid develop disease and drought resistant fruit cultivars with the goal of fostering agricultural sustainability and addressing food scarcity.
Personal Interests: Whenever I have free time, you’ll find me creating art, going on walks, being in nature, and exploring new places on my bike.
